Helen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Masters Certified Addiction Professional with a wealth of experience helping adults, teens, families, and couples find healing and recovery. Helen's passion for helping others shines through in her work. She utilizes evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma informed care to create personalized treatment plans for each client. Her journey in the mental health field began in 2010 as she dedicated herself to providing compassionate and effective care. Her previous experiences include acute behavioral health hospitals, residential treatment programs, correctional facilities, and private practice. She has invested continued education giving her a unique understanding of the challenges our clients face.
